Re-Order To Multiple Recipients: 

  1. Log in to your account (create an account if needed).
  2. Complete checkout for your first recipient.
  3. On confirmation page, click "reorder and send to someone else".
  4. The product and notecard will repopulate.
  5. Complete checkout process for your next recipient(s).

Here is our full shipping policy and schedules:

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Shipping is calculated based on each individual shipment and not the value of all of the orders together. For information on large volume gifting, please visit our webpage or email customercare@bridgewaterchocolate.com.

You may select your desired shipping date and your shipping method at checkout. Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air will be available depending on your shipping location, climate, and season.

The only available ship dates are Monday - Thursday in order to guarantee the best arrival of the chocolate and to avoid melting over the weekend. If the temperature is above the ideal temperature then the shipment will either be held until Monday or we may contact you to confirm if you would like to change to Next Day Delivery.

UPS only guarantees Next Day Air shipments. All other ship methods (Ground & 2nd Day) do not have delivery date guarantees. All delivery methods are delivered by UPS on business days (M-F), with the exception of Next Day Saturday Delivery (available by calling us). Should a 2nd Day Delivery method ship on a Thursday then it will arrive on Monday.

Cold Climate Shipping:

All shipments going to cooler climate areas with a transit time of 4 days or less can ship with UPS ground between the months of October through April.

Warm Climate and Further Distance States:

Please check the Warm Climate and further distance states as we do not offer Ground shipping to those states due to temperature concerns, therefore 2-Day or Overnight service is the only option. 

Certain states will require 2 Day shipping all year long due to either warm weather or the transit time. This will ensure the best arrival of the chocolate. These states include: FL, GA, AL, LA, NM, TX, AZ, CA, NV, UT, WY, ID, OR, CO, WA, MT, HI.

We do not ship orders out on Friday. 

Ground shipments to CT, MA, Northern NJ, Southern NY and most of the tri-state area typically arrive within one day after leaving our facility. The map below shows the number of days to ship from our Chocolate Factory via Ground Shipping. As described above, warm weather destinations may require expedited shipping.
